View this post on Instagram I have a small to medium sized piece in Elle Magazine (Australia) this month. (I have to be specific because I think I might have given peeps on Twitter a misleading impression and they're all now thinking 5-page spread.) It's about a real-life incident that is back story to Summer Skin. Nothing controversial, more poignant, and it involved my first toga party. I sent them the picture on the left of me getting ready for the aforementioned toga party but they didn't use it – even though I carefully explained that EVERYBODY smiled like that in the nineties. Thus I get to use it here :) #summerskin #LoveOzYA @allenandunwin #elleaustralia A post shared by Kirsty Eagar (@kirstyeagar) on Mar 14, 2016 at 2:41pm PDT
